English Translation: It is a great thing for the Nuer to learn and teach their language in Alberta, specifically Edmonton. The Nuer language should not be forgotten. We do not want to forget the Nuer language because it has too much history and offers invaluable stories. Nuer is a language that everyone can learn easily. Nuers feel that everyone should be free to utilize their language. Perhaps in the near future, it can be an official language in Sudan. I have to give thanks to those who have helped and supported the Nuer community in teaching and documenting their language, especially the University of Alberta. I must also thank the CSL House for their contribution of a CSL grant to assist the Nuer community while helping us look for people to record these short stories for the website.
