Alexander Shchetnikov

PROFILE CONTACT INFORMATION

Alexander Shchetnikov is a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute of the Earth's Crust Siberian Branch Russian Academy of Sciences. He is particularly interested in reconstructing environmental and climate change from aeolian and colluvial deposits in the Lake Baikal region during the Pleistocene and Holocene. Alexander is also collaborating in new lake coring programs in the Baikal area.
