Brianna Mack is an M.A. student of Angela Lieverse at the University of Saskatchewan. Her research includes the study of human remains. Most recently, she spent the summer of 2011 working in Siberia for the project.

The goal of her Master's thesis is to identify the distribution and severity of degenerative joint disease on human remains from Middle Holocene cemeteries in the Cis-Baikal, Siberia. She has collected data from the cemeteries of Lokomotiv, Ust-Ida I, and Shamanka II and is in the early stages of analysis and interpretation.
