Daniel Temple is currently an Assistant Professor at the George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. His research interests include skeletal and dental biology, growth and development, ecogeographic adaptation, body size and shape variation, evolutionary theory, mortuary analysis, and ancient hunter-gatherer groups in Japan, Florida, and Alaska. For the project, he will be looking at variability in systemic stress using enamel microstructures and body size.
