Room Sharing Board
We have set up a message board via Google groups where those who are interested in sharing a hotel room to reduce costs can express their interest and get in touch with other attendees.
In order to post and reply to messages on the room-sharing message board, you’ll first need a Google ID. If you do not already have a Google account, go to Google and click on the “Sign In” button at the top right hand of the screen. On the next page, click “create an account for free” and continue through the steps to create your Google ID. Once you have completed the steps, click on the link to the Google group below and follow the rest of the instructions.
If you already have a Google ID (through your university or a personal account), please visit the room-sharing board.
You may need to sign into your Google account first if you have not already. Once you have, click the “Join group to post” button in the center of the screen. You will then be presented with some options (choice of nickname, email settings). Once you have made your selections, click “Join this group.” You will then be taken to the main page of the group once again, where you can now post new messages (click “New topic”) or respond to existing messages.
