On Oct 11, 2013, Stan Ruecker gave an invited one-hour presentation at Unisinos in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The topic was “Visualization for Design Project Management”, and a central element of the discussion was the wrkflx tool developed by Luciano Frizzera, Milena Radzikowska, and other members of the INKE ID research team. The purpose of the talk was to explore ways in which wrkflx can contribute to the problem of design project management, where existing visualization tools have sometimes been characterized as uncongenial. Comments from the audience have subsequently led to another significant repurposing of wrkflx, this time for the design of board games.
