BHAP was well represented at the Canadian Association for Physical Anthropology, hosted by the University of Alberta, October 25-28, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Dr. Angela Lieverse, Dr. Andrea Water-Rist as well as PhD students Benjamin Osipov and Victoria van der Haas presented, chaired sessions, and helped to organize the conference.
Congratulations to Victoria van der Haas for winning the Davidson Black Award for best poster presentation! Her poster was titled: Micro-sampling dentine to reconstruct life histories of Holocene hunter-gatherers in Siberia.
