Alex Novo presents paper on GPR at WAC-8, Kyoto September 1, 2016 Mr. Alexandre Novo, BHAP collaborator, recently presented a paper about his BHAP GPR work in Japan at the Eighth World Archaeological Congress (WAC-8) held in Kyoto, Japan, August 28-September 2, 2016. Title: "Three-dimensional Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) methodologies for the characterization of archaeological sites. The example of Kakinoshima, Hokkaido". Since 2013, Alex has travelled to Japan during our summer fieldwork to be our on-site consultant and instructor on the use of GPR and data processing!
